HOW DOES IT WORK?
Choose your plush type, upload a clear photo of your pet, and place your order. We’ll handle the cutout, retouching, handmade production, and delivery.
CAN I CHOOSE HEADSHOT OR FULL-BODY?
Yes. You can choose a headshot Chew Chew or a full-body Chew Chew before uploading your photo.
WHAT KIND OF PHOTO SHOULD I UPLOAD?
Upload a clear, well-lit photo where your pet is easy to see. Phone photos work great, as long as they are sharp and not blurry. Front-facing photos work best for face-only designs, and full-body photos work best for full-body designs.
DO YOU CUT OUT AND RETOUCH THE PHOTO FOR ME?
Yes. Our expert designers cut out and retouch your pet photo for you, making sure your Chew Chew looks as cute, clear, and true to your pet as possible. If there are any issues with your image, we’ll let you know before moving forward.
DOES IT REALLY BLOW A BUBBLE?
Yes. Each Chew Chew is made with a bubble-blowing feature, so when you squeeze it, a little bubble pops out from its mouth.
DOES THE BUBBLE FEATURE CONTAIN LATEX?
Yes. The bubble feature contains latex, so please keep this in mind before ordering if you or the recipient has a latex allergy.
WHEN WILL MY CHEW CHEW ARRIVE?
Because every Chew Chew is custom handmade from your pet photo, production takes around 1 week. Shipping usually takes around 2 weeks, so please allow about 3 weeks total for your order to arrive.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes. We offer worldwide shipping, and orders with 2 or more Chew Chews qualify for free worldwide shipping.
HOW DOES BUY 2, GET 1 FREE WORK?
Add 3 Chew Chews to your cart and you’ll only pay for 2. It’s perfect if you want one for yourself, one for a friend, and one extra for another pet.
CAN I CHANGE MY PHOTO AFTER ORDERING?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Once your Chew Chew has entered production, we may not be able to change the photo because each one is custom handmade.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Because every Chew Chew is custom handmade from your pet photo, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us with your order number and photos, and we’ll help make it right.
