Every Chew Chew is custom handmade using the pet photo you upload at checkout. Because each order is made specifically for you, we’re unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind or customer-submitted errors.
NON-REFUNDABLE ORDERS
Because every Chew Chew is custom made, we’re unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect item or quantity selected
• Uploading the wrong photo
• Low-quality, blurry, dark, cropped, or unclear photos
• Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout
• Shipping delays outside our control after dispatch
• Minor variations caused by the handmade production process
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue caused by an error on our end, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Clear photos of the packaging
Once reviewed, we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue with an appropriate replacement or solution.
PHOTO QUALITY
We do not provide design proofs before production. Your Chew Chew will be created using the photo you upload, so please make sure your image is clear, bright, and shows your pet clearly.
If our team notices an issue with your image before production begins, we may contact you to request a better photo.
